The apartment has its own balcony on the fifth floor with a lovely view to the city lights at night. It includes an air-con in the lounge-kitchen-dining area and I am yet to furnish the place with a dining table, TV and decorations (hopefully before you arrive). The listed rent does not include bills and off-street parking is available with an applicable permit. All the shops you need are within a ten-minutes' walk to Moonee Ponds Central.
