This two bed, one bath apartment is less than a five-minute walk to Puckle Street and the Moonee ponds train station which will take you to North Melbourne for a bus interchange directly into uni. The route 59 tram is also just down the road which may also take you outside the Spot or further through the CBD. The apartment has its own balcony on the fifth floor with a lovely view to the city lights at night. It includes an air-con in the lounge-kitchen-dining area and I am yet to furnish the place with a dining table, TV and decorations (hopefully before you arrive). The listed rent does not include bills and off-street parking is available with an applicable permit. All the shops you need are within a ten-minutes' walk to Moonee Ponds Central.
