I'll be starting my second year studying the Bachelor of Science at UniMelb in 2025, and I'm looking for a place nearish the Parkville campus to stay. I've been in student accommodation for the past year and would ideally like to find a shared place to maintain some of the social aspect, while not having to deal with the disadvantages of student accommodation. A bit about me - spend most of my weekdays at uni, like to spend time during the day on weekend catching up on work at home or at uni. I work part-time in an online role, but looking to find another part-time job for next year too. Most days I also go out to play sport/exercise, and I like reading when I get the time.

Given my accommodation needs, I am writing to express my interest in finding a suitable place to live. Accommodation Requirements: Location: I am seeking a rental property within a 5-10-minute walk from the Burnley Campus of the University of Melbourne. Additionally, I prefer a location that is close to a train station or tram stop for easy daily commuting. Room Configuration: I am looking for a room with its own ensuite bathroom, providing me with privacy and convenience. Furthermore, kitchen facilities within the room or in a common area are necessary for self-cooking. A washing machine is also a must-have for daily laundry needs. Roommates: While I am open to sharing with other female international students, I prefer a space where I can live independently, ensuring a quiet and focused living and study environment. Surroundings: Having a supermarket or farmers' market nearby would greatly facilitate my daily life, especially for purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables. Costs: I hope for a reasonable rent that ideally includes utilities such as water, electricity, and internet to simplify my living expenses management. I like to keep things tidy. I do have a place in mind that is 250 to 350 dollars a week depending on the type.. just require a roommate as one needs to book the whole property rather than just the room.

I am looking for someone to be my roommate and find a preferably 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with. I like to keep things clean and organised which is something I hope my roommate will be as well; I particularly care about maintaining cleanliness in the shared spaces. I am someone who is often on campus as I find myself more productive while also being able to hangout with friends, so I will not be home for too long and won't be much of a bother during the week. On the weekends I tend to stay home during the day on Saturday and go out at night and on Sunday I like to run my errands and clean the apartment. My typical hobbies are reading, video games and I do sing sometimes while doing things around the house. I do not mind pets except for dogs (I do love them, I just do not want to live with one).
