Hi! This is a wonderful two-bedroom apartment with a monthly rent of $1560 per month per head (Excluding utilities). Utilities usually amount to ~100-150 AUD per month per head (depending on the aircon/heating & hot water usage). WiFi is another AUD 40 per head per person (per month). Only open for stay for 1 single female to stay in the other bedroom (attached pic). About the flatmates

I am a Joint Ph.D. candidate with the University of Melbourne and the University of Toronto (Specialising in health economics). I am well-travelled, having worked and studied in the US, Canada, India, and now Australia. I am a huge nerd, love reading in my free time, and practising some Yoga whenever time permits. I am a very organized person, and I love keeping my apartment tidy. I expect the same from my flatmate :). I prefer quiet and peace most of the time, with some occasional hosting. I have a friendly disposition (for the most part) :), and I would like to believe that I am quite pleasant to be around!
