Hi everyone! I have recently just purchased this apartment and looking for a roommate preferably a student or someone in their early 20s but open to everyone! The apartment is located in Parkville gardens so there’s lots of beautiful greenery and cute trails to go on walks and have a bus stop located conveniently right in front of the complex so only a 10 minute bus ride to unimelb or Carlton and 30 minutes to the cbd.

A little bit about me
I recently turned 20 and love going on walks, shopping, watching movies, exploring cafes and having a bar night every now and then. I work part time and studying full time at unimelb. I have rented previously in the past so am considerate of shared spaces and privacy

What I am looking for:

I would love someone who is able to keep shared spaces, do not expect a cleaning roster or anything just clean as you go. I would love to create a warm positive atmosphere where we can wind down and have a hot chocolate together so would love someone social but am also respectful of privacy and alone time!

Rent: $360 a week (negotiable for the right person)
Bills: to be split evenly
Bond : 1 month rent.
