Room available at Lisa Bellear House – Lease Takeover

I’m looking for a male University of Melbourne student to take over my room at Lisa Bellear House.

You would be living in a 3-bedroom apartment with two other students. The room is fully furnished and the building includes utilities, unlimited internet, study spaces, gym access and other shared facilities.

Rent: AUD 513 per week

I’m looking for someone to take over the room from around 8 November 2026 until 31 January 2027.

University requirements for the replacement student:

Must be a current full-time University of Melbourne student
Must be male
Must not currently live in University accommodation, including Lisa Bellear House, Little Hall, The Lofts, International House or Wiliam Hall

The lease takeover will be arranged officially through the University of Melbourne Residential Services Team, so there will be no private transfer or payment arrangement between us.
