4-bedroom shared university of melbourne student accommodation, Royal Parade, Parkville VIC

I have a room at Lisa Bellear House for a University of Melbourne student. The room is part of a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment and the rent is $538 AUD a week. Kitchen and living room are included. It is located in the Parkville area which is extremely close to the University. It will be available at the start of December 2026 and can be extended. I am moving to a differnt accommodation therefore I need to find a replacement student. Must be male and studying at university of melbourne.
