Rest of the apartment already furnished. Underground car space included. Utilities not included in rent (roughly $100 a quarter all up).

You'll be living with a 22-year-old female postgrad student at UoM who loves spending downtime at home, going for walks, shared dinners and enjoying the occasional drink at the pub. Preferably looking for another female in her early-mid 20s who will fit right in.
