Rent: $400 per week for one person or $450 per week for a couple.

Each available room includes a double bed with mattress, Smart TV, desk and chair, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and mirror, heating/cooling, and a private door lock. The available rooms share one bathroom. The property’s other bathroom is private and is not shared with tenants in these rooms.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, shared living and dining areas, laundry facilities, and regular cleaning of common areas. The University of Melbourne Parkville campus is approximately a 15-minute bike ride away. Tram access to the CBD is nearby, with Queen Victoria Market, Princes Park, Royal Park and Melbourne Zoo also within easy reach.

About the flatmates: I am a University of Melbourne Master of Data Science student and one of the current tenants. The other long-term residents include a travelling couple from Europe and a working professional. Three bedrooms are occupied by long-term residents, and one separate bedroom is used for short-term Airbnb guests.

We are looking for considerate and tidy flatmates. Residents should share responsibility for cleaning and keep their rooms and common areas clean. Please keep noise low at night. Loud late-night voice chat, including talking to others while gaming, is not suitable for this household.
