The room is unfurnished, has a big wardrobe, AC and two windows overlooking to the backyard.
Room rent: 1,460 per month. Bills excluded. Utilities are divided equally. The room is for one person. You can be added in the lease, which will last one year starting from 9th of August, and the bond is one month’s rent.

The best thing about this place is the location. Access to many restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The iconic Queen Victoria Market is virtually at our doorstep, and Flagstaff Gardens is a stone's throw away. Also, within walking distance of the University of Melbourne and pretty close to RMIT.
House Description
The house has 3 rooms and two bathrooms, one undercover parking and we are eligible for 2 street parking permits. We also have a fully stocked kitchen, with all the appliances you need. There is also a laundry in one of the bathrooms.
About Us
Jorge: I’m a 30-year-old agro-industrial engineer studying a master’s degree in biotechnology at the University of Melbourne. Alongside my studies, I work part-time. I love nature and enjoy cycling, running, walking, reading, and I like to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Udom: Hi I’m 25 and working full time as a lawyer in the city. In my spare time, I really enjoy going for runs, especially out on trails or in nature. Apart from that I'm pretty relaxed, and I enjoy reading or watching classic movies. I also enjoy travelling and learning new languages.
About you!
Ideally, someone who is friendly, respectful, tidy and doesn't smoke. The house is not a party house. We are looking for housemates to help cultivate a friendly and chill environment.
