2-bedroom shared apartment, Franklin Street

Room in an apartment close to Uni Melb and Melbourne Central. Aldi located right downstairs. Free access to gym, pool and a tennis court. Currently my flatmate wants to move out. We switch rooms every month as one room has a good view and one room doesn't have a view and is slightly smaller, so that we both pay the same rent overall. However, with my flatmate wanting to move out I am also open to other arrangements if it is too much of a hassle to switch rooms. (Switching rooms usually only takes like an hour to do but also ensures that things get cleaned).
