The room is very well located near Flemington Bridge, and it's ideal for newcomers who want to explore the city, looking for long-term accommodation or job opportunities in the CBD. The apartment is located in Travancore, with a 10-minute tram to UniMelb and 15 minutes to the CBD. Tram 59 is right outside the door, and the convenience store, IGA, is next to the building.

The room is ensuite with your own bathroom. The apartment includes cookware, cleaning supplies, a fridge, a washing machine, an air conditioner, a TV, and an oven. The room features two built-in closets, an en-suite bathroom, and a bathtub. It's a furnished bedroom with a bed and a study table

The room is available for rent from August 30th. Monthly Price: 1350 AUD (Rent excludes water, energy and internet bills). You will be sharing the apartment with another woman, studying PhD at the University of Melbourne
