3-bedroom shared house, Merino Mews

Hi everyone, I currently have 2 rooms available in my 3 bedroom share-house that will be free from around August 20th onwards. Amenities are around $50-100 per month plus the rent of whichever room you choose.
New housemates must be clean, pay bills on time, and be LGBTQ+, women, and POC friendly.
The rooms will not be furnished but the communal areas such as the kitchen, the living room, and the bathroom will be.
The house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of parks and nature nearby, about 30 minutes away from Parkville via one bus ride.
While not a party house feel free to have friends over, the house has a little courtyard perfect for small gaths.
