You should be:
- A female in your early to mid-twenties
- Currently studying at tertiary level or working
- Quiet, clean, respectful
- A non-smoker, non-drinker, non-pet owner
- Someone with solid rental history
- Willing to not sublease the apartment
- Willing to not bring any guests to the apartment
- Committed to paying rent on time, willing to split bills for electricity and water with current roommate
- Available for an inspection late June to early July
- Available to move in between July 27th to August 15th

You’ll be sharing with myself, a Chinese Australian female currently in her second year of Bachelor of Science at The University of Melbourne. I’m respectful and quiet, and would appreciate the same of my roommate.
