Fully equipped and spacious gym, large communal areas/kitchen which includes pool/table tennis and a tv. Cheap onsite laundry, study space/library, and an equipped music room, basketball area, paved garden seating areas plus rooftop space with BBQ and a great view of the city and Princes Park . Lockup area for bikes in basement. Almost daily student events and access to free tutors. Cleaning and sports equipment available to borrow (free). I am moving to a residential college therefore looking for a replacement student to take my spot from 2 July. Problem-free roommates who are friendly and tidy.
