The room is very well located near Flemington Bridge, and it's ideal for newcomers who want to explore the city, looking for long-term accommodation or job opportunities in the CBD. The apartment is located in Travancore, with a 10-minute tram to UniMelb and 15 minutes to the CBD. Tram 59 is right outside the door, and the convenience store, IGA, is next to the building.

The room is ensuite with your own bathroom. The apartment includes cookware, cleaning supplies, a fridge, a washing machine, an air conditioner, a TV, and an oven. The room has two built-in closets with an ensuite bathroom and a bathtub in there. A study table and bed are available for reasonable prices

The room is available for rent from 15th July as the current lease is ending on 15th August; however, there is a possibility to extend the lease for another year. Monthly Price: 1300 AUD (Rent excludes water, energy and internet bills). You will be sharing the apartment with another woman, studying PhD at the University of Melbourne
