Looking for a student to take over my lease at Accolade on A'Beckett - one of Melbourne CBD's best-located student building, a short walk to UniMelb.

The studio:
Queen bed, private studio on the 20th floor with stunning city skyline views
Bills and Wi-Fi included (handled by Accolade)
You pay the accommodation directly - no money through me, fully transparent

What you're getting for free (everything is 4 months old and in great condition):
All bedding and linen
Full kitchen setup
Cleaning supplies
Non-perishables, spices, pantry staples
Literally move in with just your clothes

The building: gym, cinema room, music studio, yoga studio, dance room, lounge, BBQ area, study spaces, laundry, and reception. There's even a games area with table tennis, pool, air hockey and table football. Queen Victoria Market, Swanston St, and Melbourne Central are all minutes away.

Accolade also runs events a few times a week - ice skating, brunches, speed-friending - a genuinely great place to meet people.

Dates: End of June → 21 July, with option to extend by 6 or 12 months at the same weekly rate (extension may include free weeks - worth checking with Accolade directly).

The weekly rate is reduced from the full 659 AUD per week. You would keep the discounted rate. The bond was applied to the full weekly amount.

Requirements: Must be a current student (Accolade's policy). Couples welcome in the room, subject to Accolade's approval.
