5-bedroom shared university of melbourne student accommodation, Lisa Bellear House, Royal Parade

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from July 2026 in a university‑registered student accommodation on Royal Parade, about 15 minutes from campus on Tram 19 (which runs 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays).

I currently live in Room B in a 5‑bed, 3‑bath apartment. The building and the flat are both very well furnished, the environment is quiet and gated, and the community is super friendly. The maintenance staff are also great — they respond quickly and are always helpful. The accommodation runs lots of events, and the shared living spaces are really comfortable 😄

I’m heading home on 30 June 2026, so the room will be available from then. Rent: $476/week, all bills included.
