ROOM FOR RENT IN BRUNSWICK WEST for 6 months

I am currently looking for a short term housemate to share a 2BR/1BA fully-furnished apartment in Brunswick West from the 1st week of May to the 2nd week of November 2026 (i. E. , for around 6 months). Rent will be $298 a week, excluding bills.
This is perfect of visiting students or people looking for a temporary place to stay.


The Location: The place is right in front of a 58 tram stop which makes it ideal for travelling in and around Melbourne. (20-25 mins to Parkville/North Melbourne/Carlton, 30 mins to CBD, 20 mins to the airport). It's also right in front of a bus stop as well, which makes it easy to access Sydney Road and other northern suburbs. It's a super chill neighbourhood and not too busy!

The Apartment: the place is already furnished, but you can add your own things. You will be staying in a room with a double bed, a built-in closet and AC. It has an adequately sized indoor living space and an amazing, large private balcony with a gorgeous sunset view!

About you: I'm mostly looking for someone who is respectful and neat in shared spaces. Preferably someone who is late 20s-30s and LGBTQ+ friendly. Overall if you are just kind, respectful, and pay the bills on time, then I would find you great as a housemate!!
