4-bedroom shared house, Capel Street, North Melbourne

It's a lovely 4-bedroom, two-storey house with a nice little courtyard out back. :)
The best thing about this place is the location. You’ll have access to sooo many restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The iconic Queen Victoria Market is virtually at our doorstep, and Flagstaff Gardens is a stone's throw away. It's also within walking distance of RMIT University and pretty close to the University of Melbourne.
The room is unfurnished and located on the second floor. There is also a cupboard under the stairs that serves as a pantry for extra storage. We have a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and another separate toilet accessible via the courtyard. In the courtyard, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine. There’s no dryer, but the courtyard is great for hang-drying clothes, and there is also a laundromat right across the street.

Jorge: I’m a 30-year-old agro-industrial engineer studying a Master’s degree in Biotechnology at the University of Melbourne. I work part-time at the Victoria Police Centre. I love nature and enjoy cycling, running, walking, reading, and I also like to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Brynn (he/him): a 23-year-old gay guy who recently graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing. He currently works for a childcare agency. He is easy-going, accepting, and understanding. He enjoys hanging out but also values some alone time now and then. His interests include reading (comics, classics, poetry—anything really), video games, movies, and all kinds of art. He also likes going out occasionally and is extremely passionate about writing—he hopes to get published someday.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, tidy, and a non-smoker. The house is not a party house. We’re hoping to find a housemate who will help maintain a friendly and relaxed environment.
