Private Bedroom in CBD Apartment – June/July
A fully furnished bedroom in an amazing two-bedroom apartment will be available from June/July (dates flexible). The apartment is right in the heart of the CBD (Elizabeth Street) and only a 10–15 minute walk to Melbourne Uni.
Features: Fully furnished, includes living room access, Resident lounge in the building, Grocery stores like Woolworths and Aldi within 5 minutes walk
Rent: $375/week + utilities (~$150/month per person for gas, electricity, water, hot water, and WiFi). Bills split 50/50. WiFi account and water accounts to be attached by the new flatmate; I cover gas, electricity & hot water. However, all bills are split equally (50%) between both tenants. A periodic co-tenancy lease will be signed directly with the property owner.

A little about myself: I am a Joint Ph. D. Candidate with the University of Melbourne and University of Toronto (Specialising in health economics). I am well-travelled, having worked and studied in the US, Canada, India, and now Australia. I am a huge nerd, love reading in my free time and practising some Yoga whenever time permits. I am a very organized person, and love keeping my apartment tidy, and I expect the same from my flatmate. I prefer quiet and peace most of the time, with some occasional hosting. I have a friendly disposition for the most part :), and I would like to believe that I am quite pleasant to be around! :).
