The room is very well located near Flemington Bridge and it's ideal for newcomers that want to explore the city looking for long-term accommodation or job opportunities in the CBD. The apartment is located in Travancore, with 10-minute tram to UniMelb parkville campus and 15 minutes to CBD. Tram 59 is right outside the door, and the convenience store is next to the building.

The room has a separate bathroom. The apartment includes cookware, cleaning supplies, a fridge, a washing machine, an air conditioner, a TV, an oven, a closet and a study table. There is no bed!

Rent starts on March 16th and finishes on April 15th (1 month). Monthly Price: 1300 AUD (Rent excludes water, energy and internet bills). The lease will be ending on April 15th; however, the place might be available with a possible extension for another year
