your room is fully furnished with a bed, desk storage and large built in wardrobe! You’ll have your own private bathroom too 😆 the living room and kitchen are already furnished as well so no need to buy anything for that! There is also already a washing machine and dishwasher which makes it so easy. On top of that there’s a spacious balcony with great views

super close to public transport 🚂
the place is really convenient and close to buses, trains and trams. There’s a tram stop right at the building entrance which takes you to the city. It’s only a 6 ish minute walk to box hill central where the train station, bus interchange and shops are 😊 there are so many cafes and restaurants nearby, and gyms as well
