Lease transfer 5 bedrooms, complete house lease transfer also possible! ($1950 per week)

All five of us are leaving our lovely Victorian style house in Carlton less than 200 meters away from the campus, making the whole house/all bedrooms available between the 12th and 19th of November, perfect for you by yourself or with a group of friends! With 3 bathrooms, a great kitchen, a north facing balcony and a spacious back garden with the possibility to park a car, you will have everything you need and more. It is also possible to share the house with 4 instead of 5 people and turn one of the rooms into an extra living or study room.

Some additional information: the lease runs till the 11th of July, but you can sign over the lease to someone else of you wish the move out sooner. The table in the living room and all beds and mattresses are included in the lease, and we are open to discuss leaving other furniture in the rooms for free or at a great discount. The bond is $1690 which you will get back at the end of the lease. Utilities are not included in the lease agreement, but cost around $15 per person per week and we can hand over our current contract. The exact move-in date per room can be discussed to accomodate your needs!
