The contract is from 22 July 2025 - 31 Jan 2026. ( Basically, "any time -31 Jan 2026" , we could negotiate about starting time if you like)
No extra fees you need to pay except the rent and bond.
It is a very very safe space. Your room will be very private for you, since a card will be needed to access your room . So basically only you can access your own bedroom, even if it is a shared 4b4b apartment.
You are free to go to the gym here at any time, and you are free to play music in the "music room" on the 1st floor in this building.
It is very very close to Unimelb, maybe just five minutes from Peter Hall. I highly recommend you to take over this place if you need to go to the classroom from time to time.
There are lots of free activities in this building, like free lunch, birthday parties. You will make lots of friends here if you like . All people (basically all students) here are friendly and polite.
