About the unit: You will have the entire unit for yourself, including a spacious living room with a lot of natural light, one bedroom, bathroom, and a private courtyard. The unit is located in the southern parts of Brunswick West, about 15 minutes bike ride to Parkville campus, less than 100m from a line 58 tram stop, and less than 200m from coles, in a very pretty and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is fully furnished with a queen size bed and kitchen equipment. I can arrange internet and a washing machine, if desired. Also, the neighbour's cat often comes to visit!
About the sublease: I will be in Europe for a joint PhD from 10th June 2025 until July 2026, and ideally the sublease would start and end at similar dates. I am somewhat flexible, so the start and end dates can be a few weeks or maybe even a few months earlier or later. I would be open to reducing the rent significantly if you can match these dates well :).
