* University student

The room type is “twin shared” (private room but shared bathroom with only one other girl) and the weekly payment is “379AUD” per week.

It’s so near from Unimelb and RMIT (10mins walk) and it is located at Swanston St (tram stop is super close too: less than 1 min)
+ spacious common area, tv and dish washers in kitchen.
