Hello, I’m Rachel and I’m a 21 year old student from the UK. I’m currently on student exchange studying at the University of Melbourne. I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Unilodge Lincoln. It’s available from December till July 7th for STUDENTS only.

One bedroom in Unilodge Lincoln House Student Accommodation, 125 Bouverie Street Carlton. King single bed, desk, wardrobe and fan and a great view of the CBD.

Shared bathrooms and kitchen. $361 weekly rent including bills, $1444 bond payment. Available for tenancy takeover from anytime till the lease finishes on 7th of July 2025.

Staying at Lincoln House has been amazing for me moving from the UK to Australia. I have made the greatest friends there and have really just enjoyed my time. There is a huge shared kitchen and many communal lounges and cinema rooms making it extremely sociable, meeting people from all around the world. There is also a gym in the building too if you’re into exercise.

The bed is very comfortable, there is a huge wardrobe with a lot of storage and the desk is perfect size for studying and university work. I also have an amazing view of the city from my bedroom, where you view Melbourne’s amazing skyline. There is a rooftop garden which is fitted with BBQs and benches, perfect for the summer.

Unilodge is very clean as there are cleaners every day. It has a perfect location, being a 5 minute walk from RMIT, Uni of Melbourne, and the CBD, and close to many tram stops for easy access to further suburbs. Also, a 10 minute walk from Melbourne Central. I would really recommend!
