5-bedroom shared university of melbourne student accommodation, Royal Parade

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Lisa Bellear starting November 22 until January 31. The weekly rent is $483 and utilities are included. It is a five bedroom, three bath apartment with four other female unimelb students living here, however many of them will be away during that time frame. It is fully furnished with a communal living area/kitchen including a tv, couch, table, fridge, microwave, appliances, stove, and oven. It is a shared bathroom as well with one other girl, however as I said she will be gone throughout most of December and January. The room is furnished as well, including a closet, bed, desk, and chair. Lisa Bellear is also a great accommodation with reception everyday to help you out, there is a gym, a BBQ, a rooftop, laundry, and study spaces. They also have weekly events with free food such as desert or BBQ nights. It’s about a 20 minute walk from campus and a 15 minute walk from Brunswick. We are located right across Princes Park as well, and my room has a great view of the skyline as well!
