The room is a 12 m2 single room with aircon, including alarge closet. We can talk about furnishing. You share a bathroom with one other. 20 min bike ride to Unimelb or 30 min public transport.
Apartment is a modern and secure 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2. 5 bathroom townhouse, on top of the Hive complex, with a spacious living area, kitchen and terrace for bbqs. Includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, heating and A/C in all main rooms including bedrooms. Finally, there is underground parking. Oh, and we have a piano.
Shops, trams and train are on our doorstep for easy access to the rest of Melbourne. Restaurants and bars on Victoria Street around the corner and easy access to the Yarra river, but it's surprisingly quiet.

You will share the house with other 2 people a guy who is doing an engineering PhD and me who am studying masters. We're looking for easy-going but respectful housemates. We enjoy a shared dinner/movie every now and then, but also like our personal time.
