2-bedroom shared university of melbourne student accommodation, Lincoln Square South

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Little Hall around end of November to the end of January (with possibility to extend contract! ). You must be female and a full-time unimelb student.
* Twin Studio (2 private bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, 1 shared dining area and kitchen)
* $411 per week (all bills included)
* The other girl living in the studio won't be here until February, it is thus basically a private studio for the cheaper price of a twin studio!
* Lease end date: 31/01/2025 ⚠️Getting a room at Little Hall is really competitive, this is a great opportunity as you’ll have priority to extend your lease or move to another room type for the next semester!!

The building is fully equipped with a gym, plenty communal washers and dryers, multiple study areas, coffee machine, rooftops, game rooms (including a pool & ping pong table as well as instruments), and a movie theatre. There’s weekly events with free food, movie nights, yoga and pilates, and many opportunities to easily meet other residents. The building is located at Lincoln Square and only a 10 minutes walk from the University of Melbourne Parkville campus, a 5 minutes from the CBD, and walking distance from multiple parks, Fitzroy, several grocery stores, tram stops and train stations.
