5-bedroom shared university of melbourne student accommodation, Royal Parade

This is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom shared room in Lisa Bellear House run by the University of Melbourne. I am searching for a replacement tenant who is willing to live here until the 31st of January 2025. It will be available from the 25th November 2024, but you can come in anytime during this time period. The rooms and utilities can be seen on the website for Lisa Bellear House. The weekly rent is different from the website’s information because the rent I pay is the rent from 2024. The photos aren’t that great I know, I didn’t have a great picture of the room before I unpacked. You can find better pictures on the website though!
