I’m looking for someone to rent my current studio apartment at 50 Barry Street, managed by Student Housing Australia (SHA), as I’ll be ending my contract earlier than expected. Ideally, I’d like someone to move in on December 18th, but I’m open to negotiating the timing if you plan to move in by late December or early January.

This studio is perfect for anyone seeking independent living close to campus, located right behind the Law building and just a couple of minutes' walk to FBE / The Spot building!

Additional Information:
- Contract duration: 18th December 2024 to 23rd January 2026 (fixed term)
- Bond: One month's rent
- Electricity and Wi-Fi: Need to be set up by you, but SHA provides guidance to make the process easy.
- Laundry: Shared laundry room on site, $4. 4 for washing and $3. 3 for drying.

Please note that the contract will be directly with SHA. You can arrange an inspection with me, but the application will need to be submitted through SHA's website.
