3-bedroom shared apartment, Flemington Road

Hi there, my name is Shahirrah. I’m a Malaysian student at the University of Melbourne and am currently looking for a female tenant who would like to rent a private room in my family apartment. I normally rent out the room on semesterly-basis, but I am open to negotiate for an extension.

The apartment is near to University of Melbourne and Royal Melbourne Hospital. It is only 3 stops from Queen Victoria Market thus 3 stops from the CBD. There is an IGA convenience store next to the building, and a number of cafes/restaurants nearby including Guzman y Gomez and Domino's. The nearest tram stop is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished. Meals cooked at home are generally restricted to halal dietary food.

About us? Currently I am living in this apartment with my sister. We are two girls going huge fans of movies and lounging in the living room binging shows all-day. We love looking for all things sweet or anything matcha or pandan treats. And we would love some good company to join our little home :)).
