*About the house
This is a 2-bedroom house with the most gorgeous deck. There is some outdoor furniture which makes it a great place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. The house gets both morning and afternoon sun, so it's always filled with light. It has also been recently renovated so you will find a very clean and aesthetically pleasing bathroom and kitchen. All the necessary facilities are there: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking utensils.

The location is very convenient as it is located between Oak Park Station and Glenroy Station. So it's just a 10m walk to the train station, Coles, shops & restaurants, etc.

Internet is included in the rent and all other bills (water, gas, electricity) are split between the two of us.

*About your room
The picture is of the old furnishings. But when you move in, your room will be fully furnished with a bed, bedding linen and pillow, a study desk and chair, a full wardrobe, and a heater.

*About you
You are a full-time student or working professional who is friendly and considerate. You are also clean, tidy, and have just a whole lot of common sense.

*About me (your housemate)
I'm a female, full-time Ph. D. Student at Unimelb, and I also have a casual job. I mainly work on my computer during the mornings and go to work in the city in the evenings.

I'm quite sociable so I would love to have the occasional glass of wine and chat with you. If you don't drink, I do make a great cup of coffee. With that said, I enjoy my quiet time, so I am very respectful of others' space.

I like my home to be a clean and peaceful place, so I do my best to keep it tidy.
