1-bedroom shared university of melbourne student accommodation, Cardigan street

Hi everyone! I am looking for a future/current Melbourne Uni student to take over my lease since I need to go back home to do some work.
A little information about where I live;
The place is called the Lofts located in Melbourne connects. It is a studio with private kitchen and private bathroom, but if you prefer roommates and maybe something less private but cheaper you have the option to either upgrade or degrade to an other apartment when you have a foot inside the door.

The rent is 500 aud a week, but that is including everything, water, aircon, el, reception, parties, gathering, cinema, coffee and loads of other stuff. This student accommodation focuses on students meeting other students which means that there will be events 2-3 times a week for you guys to meet fellow Melbournian students.

This student accommodation is absolutely amazing when it comes to meeting new people, it offers plenty of events but also the people and reception here are very welcoming and these can become very good friends for your time here.

When it comes to study it has amazing study facilities which includes libraries, gaming rooms, rooftop areas, study rooms, student lounges and etc. Additionally it is located right across the Melbourne connect building which has completely new and optimal student study lounges which is awesome!!
The studio has the absolute best location, which means it is 100 meters to the campus and it is 50 meters from Melbourne uni tram station which has over 8 different ingoing and outgoing trams which means you can get everywhere super easy. It is also located in Carlton which means you are right in the city which is also always handy.
