Right in the center of the CBD and the free tram district, the unit is in perfect proximity to everything you may need. It's about a 20-minute commute to Parkville campus, and a few minutes walk from Southern Cross station. This provides great access to gyms, restaurants, and parks. The place is furnished everywhere except the bedroom you will be renting. A parking space is available; however, it must be rented from me separately. I am looking for a female graduate student to rent out the unit. Please contact me if interested and I will be happy to arrange an inspection for the space and get to know you! I can also provide more photos of the full unit. I have a loving dog, so being an animal lover is a huge requirement!!

Ciao!! I am a JD student with a condo in the CBD, about a 20-minute commute to the Parkville campus. I am an Aussie-American who has lived everywhere! I completed my undergraduate studies in Art History in Rome, Italy, and I have all the stories to tell. I used to work as an RA at my university, so I have managed countless roommate conflicts and know my way around co-living! I am not a big going-out girl, but I love the occasional game night and girls' night at home. I am looking for a pet lover, as I have a beautiful dog named Circe. The condo has all the main amenities, as well as a parking space, which I will rent out to you if needed, as I don’t have a car :)
