Hello! My name is Erin and I'm an incoming postgraduate student. I'll be arriving in mid-February 2025. I'm looking for one or two female flatmates to share an accommodation with.

Requirements:
- Accommodation near Parkville campus (preferably max. 15 minute walk)
- Private room and bathroom
- Air conditioning preferred
- Pets: I'm okay with cats and other small animals

About me:
- I'm someone who likes to keep my own space and shared spaces clean
- I love spending time with others and going places together, but I also really like my alone time and privacy to recharge especially at home
- I like film photography and my typical hangouts include going out to eat, sightseeing, going to parks and gardens, hiking, and shopping
- My typical weekdays would mostly consist of uni and studying, while my weekends would be spent going out and also setting myself up for the next week (food shopping, errands)
- I don't smoke or drink
