Hello!I am an incoming international student who will arrive in Melbourne in mid-February to begin my studies at the Burnley Campus of the University of Melbourne. Given my accommodation needs, I am writing to express my interest in finding a suitable place to live.
Accommodation Requirements:
Location: I am seeking a rental property within a 5-10-minute walk from the Burnley Campus of the University of Melbourne. Additionally, I prefer a location that is close to a train station or tram stop for easy daily commuting.
Room Configuration: I am looking for a room with its own ensuite bathroom, providing me with privacy and convenience. Furthermore, kitchen facilities within the room or in a common area are necessary for self-cooking. A washing machine is also a must-have for daily laundry needs.
Roommates: While I am open to sharing with other female international students, I prefer a space where I can live independently, ensuring a quiet and focused living and study environment.
Surroundings: Having a supermarket or farmers' market nearby would greatly facilitate my daily life, especially for purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables.
Costs: I hope for a reasonable rent that ideally includes utilities such as water, electricity, and internet to simplify my living expenses management. Specific pricing can be further discussed with the property owner after viewing the property.
Lease Term: I plan to rent for an initial period of six months to one year, with the final decision based on the actual condition of the property and my personal needs.
