Hello. I am currently looking to transfer my lease to a female tenant for the student accomodation I am staying at. I have three roommates, all who love a good chat but also value their private space. The benefit of it is my current rent is cheaper due to recent increase in rent for the building. The apartment is quite spacious and the building offers many common spaces and allows for many opportunities for you to meet people in a very diverse and welcoming community.
