About the accommodation

3-bedroom shared apartment, Lancashire Lane
North Melbourne • 3051
3 2
Room available in beautiful apartment right off Errol St. In North Melbourne. Available from 1st July (slightly flexible). Bills work out around $50-$70 ish each monthly.

The location is great. Footsteps away from everything (cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops). 10 minute walk to Queen Vic Markets and 15 to Carlton and the CBD. The 57 tram is outside our doorstep. Despite being central it's really calm in our complex.

The apartment itself is stunning and spacious. High ceilings, polished floorboards, heaps of windows - natural light coming from every angle. It's over two levels and has two bathrooms. We also have a shared terrace.

The room is upstairs. It fits a queen bed, bedside etc. (if you have a double bed it can fix a desk). It has ample storage and a nice view.

We have most things- furniture and appliances obvi and a breville coffee machine, record player, dyson, soda stream, etc. Though we'd be down for you to bring stuff! Especially art and plants.

About the flatmates

We're two people in our late 20s/early 30s who work and/or study full time. During the week the house is fairly relaxed and we have our own thing going on. That said we're always down for a chat over a wine, heading to our locals (e.g. the townie and Menze hehe) or sharing a meal.

We like all the classics... film, music, food, and having friends over now and then. Social but not a party house and value a home that feels warm and welcoming :))

Looking for someone who has lived in sharehouses before and is after a home rather than a boarding type situation. Respecting personal space, keeping shared spaces clean and open communication is super important to us !

We like design and take pride in the space. We'd love someone who has a similar vibe and is keen on contributing to the overall space and cultivating a comfortable, communal atmosphere.
