Hi everyone, I’m Hazel and I’m looking for a room in Melbourne from 20 July.
I’m doing my Master of Teaching at the University of Melbourne. Hopefully, I will graduate in November this year. :)
I'd say I’m a very clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful person, and I’m hoping to find a peaceful and comfortable home.
Ideally I’m looking for:
* a smaller apartment or house with fewer than 3 bedrooms, ideally with a private bathroom
* chill apartment, rather than a party place
* good natural light (which is a big bonus)
* suburbs close to UniMelb or with convenient transport (North Melbourne, Carlton, Brunswick, Fitzroy, etc.)
I’m hoping to stay for around 6 months or longer. My budget is no more than $1690 PCM. I don’t smoke or vape.
A balcony or some greenery nearby would be a lovely bonus. Please message me if you know of anything suitable. Thank you :)
