Located on Holden Street, it is super easy to get from the flat to the city, Brunswick, Northcote, Carlton and more! Lots of public transport options with the 96 11 trams and 250 251 buses right here. Rushall Station and the Inner Circle Rail Trail bike track are nearby.
The available bedroom is an east facing room with in-built wardrobe that gets lovely morning sunshine and has a huge old gum tree viewable from the window. The apartment is on the third floor and has lots of great views of the area.
Kitchen is set up with a relatively new fridge, microwave and gas stove / oven. I also have a newish washer/dryer that you can use, plus there is a communal coin operated washer and dryer on level two of the building. Shared clothes lines are also available down on the ground floor.
I'm a lawyer who is working part-time/casually while I study for the barrister exam and finish my Masters at Melbourne Uni. I do have a tabby cat called Gumnut who is very friendly and well behaved.
Looking for someone who enjoys home being a sanctuary of calm, but also enjoys a good conversation now and then.
